Game titles identify subjects of analysis. Unless expressly stated, they do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by a game’s rights holder.

Scope of analysis

Public insights are limited to the stated as-of date and analysis depth. They do not guarantee future performance, KPI improvement, or business outcomes.

Rights and source materials

Game titles, trademarks, images, and source materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. To the extent protected by applicable law, NOVASMC retains copyright, database producer rights, and other applicable rights in analysis text, diagrams, classification systems, database structures, and framework implementations that NOVASMC independently creates, selects, arranges, and structures based on direct play and lawfully available public information. Except as permitted by applicable law, reproduction, distribution, transmission, or commercial use without NOVASMC's prior written consent is prohibited.
