Information collection and use

A private briefing request collects company, contact name, work email, project stage, timeline, decision question, and NDA requirement. The information is used only to review the inquiry, respond, and propose an engagement scope.

Storage and protection

Submissions are stored in an access-controlled hosted database. Raw IP addresses are not stored; only a daily pseudonymous hash is used to limit repeated automated requests.

Retention

Inquiry information is retained while needed for consultation and follow-up. Information that does not lead to an engagement is reviewed for deletion within 12 months. Deletion requests may be sent to strategy@novasmc.com.

Sensitive information

Do not attach client data, builds, logs, or confidential documents to the first inquiry. Share them only after an NDA and secure transfer route are agreed.
